Y ajouter les champignons, les poireaux, les \u00e9chalotes et les graines de s\u00e9same. Saisir le tout durant env. 5 min \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ETAPE 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajouter la sauce soja, le bouillon.
