JIN7 Series 01 Shochu_Süßkartoffel (Imo) apple and orange with aA great gin from southern Japan! JIN7 Series 01 uses just six botanicals. In addition to the bitter orange variety Hetsuka Daidai, there are subtle notes of green tea and Japanese maple. JIN7 Series 01 has intense citrus notes. A delicate herbal aroma with pleasant bitter notes rounds out the flavor. It is bottled at 47% ABV and is very mild.
